ApplyPal is a platform operated by The Apply Group Ltd ("TAG", "we", "us", or "our"), enabling prospective students to connect with current students ("Ambassadors") and institutions via chat, AI-powered tools, and application support services.

ApplyPal may be accessed via:

• applypal.io
• partner university websites (via embedded widgets)
• related platforms within the TAG ecosystem (including ApplyForUniversity.com, ApplyForInternships.com, ReferPool.io and others)

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ApplyPal, you confirm that:

• You accept these Terms of Use
• You agree to comply with them

If you do not agree, you must not use ApplyPal.

3. Services Provided

ApplyPal provides:

• Peer-to-peer messaging between prospective students and Ambassadors
• AI-powered assistance for answering questions and supporting applications
• Lead generation and enquiry tools for partner institutions
• Optional integration with third-party services (e.g. scheduling tools, application partners)

ApplyPal acts as a facilitator, not a university, admissions authority, or immigration advisor.

4. User Types

ApplyPal may be used by:

• Prospective students ("Students")
• Current students or alumni ("Ambassadors")
• Institutions (universities, colleges, pathway providers)

Each user type may have additional obligations depending on their role.

5. Age Requirements

Users must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in their country)
• Where required, have parental or guardian consent

We may request age verification at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others
• Share inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass platform safeguards or misuse AI features

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access if these rules are breached.

7. Ambassador Content & Conversations

• Ambassadors provide personal opinions and experiences, not official university advice
• ApplyPal does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of Ambassador responses
• AI-generated responses are provided for guidance only and may not always be accurate

Users should verify important information with official sources.

8. AI Features

ApplyPal uses AI to:

• Assist with responses
• Summarise conversations
• Improve user experience

By using ApplyPal, you acknowledge that:

• AI responses may contain errors
• AI should not be relied upon as professional or legal advice

9. Availability of Service

ApplyPal is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Immediate responses from Ambassadors

We may:

• Update, modify, or discontinue features
• Suspend access for operational or security reasons

10. Data & Privacy

Use of ApplyPal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

• What data we collect
• How it is used
• How it may be shared across the TAG ecosystem

By using ApplyPal, you consent to this processing.

11. Third-Party Integrations

ApplyPal may integrate with third-party services (e.g. application platforms, scheduling tools).

We are not responsible for:

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on ApplyPal are owned by or licensed to TAG.
