Hello! My name is Stella, and I interned in Barcelona with Absolute during the summer of 2025. I gained so much from the experience not only professionally, but culturally as well. I was able to travel to such cool places and meet such amazing friends too! Looking forward to chatting with you :)

Stella is a former student and verified Absolute Internship ambassador

Why Stella chose this path

β€œI wanted to experience a new culture while also growing professionally. ”

How I got in

I have always wanted to travel to Barcelona for the culture, food, location, and language. It seemed like a perfect fit for me!

Top tips for getting accepted

Make strong relationships with your boss, co workers, and other absolute students. Also say yes to as much as you can!!

What Stella wishes they knew

Things I wish I knew before starting

I wish I knew how hands on the whole absolute staff is, since I was pretty nervous starting off and not knowing what to expect!

The hardest part

Missing home and my family was hard at times, but calling and catching up with them daily really helped!

The best decision I made

Traveling every weekend. I know It can get tiring, but I value those meme prices so much when looking back!
